| Cancellation Policy |

If you book a shoretrip or excursion through St Maarten Shoretrips and Excursions the following cancellation policy applies:
a) If the ship you are on does not come into port on the date booked you will receive a full refund.
b) If the excursion booked is cancelled by the vendor then you will receive a full refund. No excursion will be operated if the conditions are considered to be dangerous.
c) If you provide 10 days notice (before your scheduled excursion) then you will receive a full refund
