If you book a shoretrip or excursion through St Maarten Shoretrips and Excursions the following cancellation policy applies:
a) If the ship you are on does not come into port on the date booked you will receive a full refund.
b) If the excursion booked is cancelled by the vendor then you will receive a full refund. No excursion will be operated if the conditions are considered to be unpleasant or dangerous.
c) If you provide 5 days notice (before your scheduled excursion) then you will receive a full refund. Please contact us if you cannot make it even within the 5 days. We may still refund you.
Note: St Maarten Shoretrips & Excursions requires notice that your ship did not come in order for us to process your refund. We can be contacted at bookings@stmaarten-shoretrips.com or at 011 599 554-7309.
