Cancellation Policy

If you book a shoretrip or excursion with Lord Sheffield Tall Ship Adventures (through our booking site www.stmaarten-shoretrips.com ) the following cancellation policy applies:

a) Ship Does Not Come In -- If the ship you are on does not come into port on the date booked you will receive a full refund.
b) Cancelled by Lord Sheffield - If the excursion booked is cancelled by the vendor then you will receive a full refund. No excursion will be operated if the conditions are considered to be unpleasant or dangerous.
c) 10 days Notice - If you provide 10 days notice (before your scheduled excursion) then you will receive a full refund
